Mobile Food Trailer

Red Frazier Bison is a true gate to plate operation, providing the area with prepared bison meals through our mobile food trailer, Red Frazier Bison Cuisine. Bison meat brings variety to any menu, and ours is no exception. With items like classic and specialty burgers, hot dogs, quesadillas, poutine, and chili cheese potato stacks there is definitely something for everyone.

Did we mention the bison cheese steak egg rolls? Stuffed with bison meat, peppers, onions, carrots, and cheese, then deep fried to a crispy golden brown, there is a reason why they were first runner-up in the 2016 Taste of the Indiana State Fair competition.

Located primarily in Spencer, Indiana, Red Frazier Bison Cuisine can be found most weeks at The Chocolate Moose for Food Truck Fridays. Also look for us at annual events throughout the region like the Indiana State Fair, the Mansfield Covered Bridge Festival, and the Penrod Arts Fair. With additional opportunities developing, we’ll soon be feeding bison cravings at more events in both Spencer and Indianapolis areas.
